Came into town for a quick weekend trip. The smell is amazing as soon as you enter. We didn't come for gambling but did do a little next door. We didn't realize (or care for that matter) that this location didn't have a casino. It does have an awesome game area for kids. We peeked at the outdoor pool, which was closed for the season,it looked really cool. Definitely will come back as a family trip during the warmer months. The service was amazing everyone was very friendly!

So the overall hotel was nice. The people that work there were great. There are just a few things that they can do to improve the place. For the rooms for one, having a microwave in the room would be a help. Also, new towels are nice, but the issue is once you use them is they leave an excessive amount of lent everywhere. And I know it would be hard to install now but if it was possible to have an indoor pool, that would be nice as well. Other than that great place. We loved it.

Really bad CO2 levels in the room, was well over 2200 ppm during our stay. We had to open the balcony door for fresh air. Otherwise, the hotel has plenty of entertainment for families. The pool areas were decent, as was the arcade. Certainly not "high quality", but overall was good enough to provide fun for our children.Service was decent except for the front desk staff during check-in. They had the "I'd rather be anywhere else but here" attitude which did not make my check-in experience enjoyable, instead I felt my mere presence was inconveniencing them. The elevators! When attempting to use either one that accesses the hotel, press both up and down buttons and take what you can get. They were always busy, took forever to be available, and one was out of service. All other residents during our stay had shared frustrations about the elevators. Some even said to us they've been waiting 20 minutes plus for one to arrive with space.Despite the few issues mentioned, it wasn't bad overall, if not for the included water park area, it would not have been worth the money spent, so be sure to try that out and get your money's worth.

We did not stay in the hotel we decided to go to the arcade for my birthday, oh by the way, I'm 63 years old. From what we could observe it looked like the rides and the water park look like it could be a lot of fun. The arcade; you could spend hours in there and still have a lot of fun.

2 cousins and I spent the weekend here for a girls' getaway. We had a blast! The resort has lots to offer, especially for kids. Rooms somewhat smaller than what I would prefer, but there were no issues, whatsoever. Not a big deal, at all! We ate breakfast, one morning, at the restaurant in the resort and it was good! We loved the mini amusement park. Free parking a big plus. Will definitely go back!

This is a really nice Resort. Till you book a room... I'm sorry but these rooms are not worth $300 + a night. The room we got was not to our expectations. The walls are very thin and heard our neighbors and kids running up and down the hallway. There was a broken light switch in the restroom. The sheets in the beds were stained and the fitted sheets torn and old. The elevator floor was dirty.I called the front desk and no answer. The morning I checked out, I was asked how my stay was. I am a huge fan or Margaritaville and will not be coming back to this location.

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves at this beautiful resort. I love how this resort has entertainment throughout it. My kids really enjoyed their selves here. I'm not gone lie, my husband and I really enjoyed ourselves as well. The room we had was spacious and we had an awesome view of the Paradise Pier from our room. It was such a beautiful view at night and early in the morning. The food in the lobby was amazing, my husband had a cinnamon roll and it was huge, but so soft and yummy 😋😋. I highly recommend this resort and I will most definitely be back.

Great experience all around. Getting around is a bit confusing if it's your first time here but you'll get the hang of it! Staff is super helpful & friendly. Rooms are immaculate, cold, & spacious! The restaurants inside are all wonderful. The arcade is super cool (even for adults) water park tickets are included with your nightly rates!! Highly recommend booking in advance as rooms are much cheaper that way!! Covered parking garage option as well, was also a bonus!

I’ve never stayed at the hotel but I take my three year old occasionally to play the games. It’s always a good time. Everything was clean and the vast majority of the games were functional. I wanted to write a review specifically to compliment Kody, who was staffing the rock climb. He was fantastic. Polite, helpful and accommodating to my little boy. Thank you man!

We love bringing our kids here. There is plenty to do without having to leave! It seems to be our go to place for a quick weekend trip. The rooms are a little run down & could use some work. And unless you book the family room, you have to pay extra for armbands to use the pool area, which is totally wrong considering the price you pay to stay. Overall, good place and we will be back!

I am very impressed with the location the only 1 star off was maintenence was being finished,on the ac and I had to change rooms due to the shower not working. The restaurants were very nice and reasonable. The arcade is a great deal if you consider playing all day on the expensive games. 😀 Thee pool was very crowded and warm nice decor it was summer, and I expected that. They lazy river was a nice length a little hard to get a tube. the slide hurts your back if you lay down. I hit the concrete on my back splashing do not ride if you ride of you are tall. The front staff was great on the tenth floor, and they changed the room quick. They have a Happy Hour. 5 to 7. The staff was great Pizza was good for kid. 10th and 5th are the best floors. There was also a great kid attendant with a wheel spinner. Her name was Eva She was spectacular and gave me good info for the area. There are many Casinos within walking distance. Great over all.

I've stayed here quite often and this time was hands down the best. John the pool manager runs a tight ship making sure the kids are all safe. Give that man a raise! Dom was a friendly pool attendant. The lady that checked me in greeted me with a smile and remembered me from my previous stays. I can not emphasize enough how great this place is to any family, couple, or friends looking for a fabulous get away. Thanks again for all you do Biloxi Margaritaville!!!!

Our stay was great! We stayed 3 nights and our room was comfortable. The view was very pretty! Parking was easy and convenient. We had great food at the hotel and surrounding places also. The arcade was so much fun! We lucked up and went to the water park at the hotel when Micheal and JT were working. They made a fun water park even more fun by the way they interacted with us. They both made up fun challenges for our 8yr old and even got us involved. They were awesome! The amusement park was very fun! I love that you don't have to buy a ticket if you don't ride the rides because my husband doesn't like rides like my daughter and me. All in all we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back!

It was a great stay! Every resort staff member that we had a conversation with was kind and personable. The fun park was awesome as well as the arcade. The manager of the arcade was extremely helpful when we had issues with our arcade card. And when we rode the Aerobar (I believe either Charlee or Chelsea) she was incredible to talk to. We appreciated that members were encouraged to read if it is a slow season. It was great to see them reading rather than being on their phones. The only reason we gave a 9/10 was because the walls in our room were not very sound proof. We could hear conversations as if they were in our own room. Thank you!

We’ve stayed here a couple times and always enjoy it! Upon check in we were greeted by Serenity. She was working with a smile and made check in a breeze! The room was clean and we had a great view of the ocean. Our only issue was it seemed like all the pipes running through the parking garage ceilings were leaking a lot but not sure if that is always a thing. We were concerned for our vehicle if more water started leaking as the water was dripping all over it. We will definitely stay again but hopefully the pipe situation is fixed.

Poor service! The waiters at the pool side snack shack was rude to my child when he clearly only ask for napkins. Waiter was rude to my husband at the amusement park. The arcade staff was definitely rude, and the arcade was one of the worst arcades we have ever played in. Be careful you will play your credits and the tickets you win will not be added to you card. Record every ticket you win. We travel every other week. This location will definitely not be a place my family and I visit again. Elevators take 24 hours to get to you, they’re hot and always crowded. Worst place ever. Book at your own risk. Receptionist was rude, everyone here just has an attitude, maybe it was too hot and windy for them. Some of the staff was also just racist. Sad but true. The food in the restaurants terrible and you will wait a very long time to be service. The only thing good was the crawfish dip. Water in Mississippi taste like creek water so be sure to order bottle water. 0.5 star the .5 is for the dip being good.

Great family place. The only thing is I never got to experience the 5 o'clock somewhere attitude. Bars at the pool were usually not tended or just very slow. I ordered a drink at the pizza place and watched the bartender start talking with other customers after I got there. He served 6 other people before starting with my order. The place wasn't busy and I was there first. Check in was thorough and the front desk ladies were super friendly.

The good and the bad. This place is amazingly built for kids! Our room was clean with an amazing view of the harbor. We dined in for breakfast and dinner, both were good but a 10/10 for the pizza restaurant in the arcade!Seeing other reviews had me worried about the elevators and staff. The elevators weren’t terrible only during peak pool times but it was bearable. Now the service is the downfall of this place. A combination of lack of workers and workers that just don’t want to be there. Getting a drink at the pool bar was 30 min+ due to only one bartender that did not have a functional outdoor bar. All drinks had to be made inside causing her to run back and forth. You are not allowed to bring inside food or drinks which is understandable but it is a pain to order food and drinks while at pool. Everything but the service was great!

Excellent staff, and the rooms were very clean for a 3 star resort. We had a few issues with an excessively loud neighbor having a rave in their room past 1 AM, and that was taken care of promptly by the hotel staff and they accommodated our request the following morning to be moved to an alternative room which we greatly appreciated. The arcade was fantastic, and the coffee shop was great as well. I enjoyed the atmosphere of the location even with most of the amenities being closed for the winter season.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful room and the view was nice. The staff was nice also. The only thing bad I can say is. This was our honeymoon (and we notified them before arrival) and the thing special that was given to us was a piece of paper that said congratulations. The hotel is definitely family based. There was quite a few games that we’re down. When we wanted to play. Food was good. The drinks was a little on less side. Which means you would have to drink a lot to feel anything.

We stayed in November of 2022. We got a great deal and were super excited - we’ve come to learn that part of that deal is that the hotel is under renovation. There was construction that could be heard loudly from our room started at 8AM (despite the notice in the room saying 9A). The pool is closed for the winter and there is no indoor pool (which the website is vague about). The game room is AWESOME. All ages will love it!!$25 will last a person a solid hour. The bars and restaurants are over priced but if you’ve been to any margaritaville restaurant before that’s kind of to be expected.Overall the property is totally good, but just worth being aware of these things!

Rooms are run down and don’t have adequate supplies to make a cup of coffee. The elevators are painfully slow and full every time. Kid friendly but not baby friendly. No cribs available and when I asked why they said liability and hygiene. Interesting because babies under 1 are supposed to sleep in cribs to reduce the risk of SIDS! The American academy of pediatrics recommends this as well. From a hygiene perspective, aren’t there germs all over the beds and furniture in hotels as well? The people who work here clearly have an attitude and would rather be anywhere else than here. And I’m with them, I want to be somewhere else too! Tried to cancel my booking within hours of booking it, and was told no accommodation on this and would be charged a cancellation fee. We will definitely not be back.

We really enjoyed our visit with friends and all of our kids. The pool is great for the kids and the arcade offers a lot of great games for kids and adults.Drinks were pretty good at pool side. Pool bars drinks were better than the building drinks by the pool. They tasted funny at the sweet shack by the pool. The only real complaints were the elevator situation. We waited a really long time and it seems many others have made them same complaint. There is only 4 elevators to service all of the floors and with so much traffic going all over the building to arcades and pool, you will stand and wait for 10 plus minutes some times. It seemed many others around us were also complaining about this. They do not clean your rooms unless you ask, which has become a norm it seems, but I do not care for it. Seems prices continue to go up, but business are able to reduce staff for things like this. When you pay such a premium for this hotel, you expect a little more.Service was lacking at the pool. One bartender at each bar, so you waited a really long time for drinks. For the most part people were friendly, just not serviced well. I know people are struggling with staffing, but it is what it is.

Love the hotel and staffs but some things could’ve been better. First, not sure if all the rooms were like this but we were in the Standard King: AC vent was positioned directly at your head while you sleep with no way to change direction. Got stuffy and decided to climb and stuff a towel on the top which worked great. Lighting was terrible in the room. Bathroom light was dimmed around the mirror and my wife had a difficult time putting on makeup. That was the only option. One single lamp on one side of the bed with an hallway light. That was all the lighting. Last thing, the toilet, shower and sink was combined with no exhaust vent. The whole room smell after using the toilet. While I’m using the toilet, the wife had to wait to use the sink. Pretty much it look like a designer flaw. Anyway, the hotel had a lot to accommodate and enjoyed every bit.

So much to do onsite! Huge arcade, rides, and water park! The food at Margaritaville cafe was okay, the kids loved watching the volcano! The cafe in the lobby was not very good, the pastries and breakfast items tasted old. The coffee and hot chocolate at the cafe was good though, we kept going back for more! Staff is very pleasant and helpful.

Man, was this an experience! Over all, I'm going to rate the place 10/10I did have an issue with a certain individuals rudeness but he was an employee at the pizza place inside the arcade. The arcade it self, was outstanding. Busy as can be when I went, but still plenty of room to move around and do stuff with the kids, the line for to cash in tickets was a little long, but had no issue on getting in and out, they were on topOf their game! Great experience, thanks again!

This was my second visit to this resort. My family had a great time! The room was spacious & any time we needed more towels, etc, we were accommodated. The only downfall were the resort restaurants. I'd advise you to drive a few miles down the road and eat at a local restaurant instead. It'll cheaper and you'll more than likely get better service. The resort restaurants are over priced and we received HORRIBLE SERVICE. I never complain so you know it was bad!

Great little resort, especially if you have kids. They have a nice water park and arcade, and the whole campus is smoke free. They are close to the casinos and beaches and there are plenty of good places to eat close by. We didn't eat at the resort but we heard complaints that the food wasn't very good and expensive.

Wonderful place! When checking in, you will get charged an early fee even if a minute early, though, so enjoy the lobby beach views until then! The arcades are unreasonably expensive, but the pools are free and offer a fun and relaxing beach experience. The room was comfortable but the walls were a bit thin and you could hear the neighbors. Despite all of my complaints, I had a wonderful experience in my 3 days there. Overall, it was a good trip with a few flaws.

Overall this place is great for the kids! We came here for my son’s 3rd birthday. The rooms were clean and spacious, the pool was clean as well as the arcade. The only downfall to this place is the service and restaurants. We tried the Does Steakhouse and it was terrible. We were greeted unpleasantly by I believe to be the manager. Once seated our server was very rude. It’s a shame considering we spent over $100 on a meal at the restaurant to be delivered with attitudes and bad food. The cafe was much better but definitely overpriced. This place could use better service.

The hospitality is phenomenal! All of the front desk staff and housekeeping were great! Paradise Pier staff was awesome as well. The young gentleman that worked the Speedway Go-Karts on Wednesday night 3-13 was so very kind and patient with getting my two old situated in the go kart, keeping my bag and locating the lost pacifier. Sad I didn't grab his name. We enjoyed the Escape Arcade. April was very helpful.I recommend when it's time for scheduled upgrades, All suites Should include a microwave and beds covered with duvets. I'm also ok with having a regular coffee pot as well. Just ole school me and the smell of fresh brewed coffee in my room. They do not have ole school complimentary hot breakfast but the on-site cafe does Sat-Sun Only🙁So pack plenty of breakfast snacks if you're a week day traveler with little people. Waffle House is approx a mile away or Door Dash is an option. All of my dashers were great! Margaritaville was a wonderful stay💕💕

Margaritaville was... good. The hotel and rooms were clean and spacious. We needed connecting rooms to accommodate our group of six (2 parents and 4 teenagers), and they made it happen with very little effort on my part. The attractions were as advertised. The arcade is huge, the rock wall was great, and Paradise Pier was fun. There were many food options, and overall, the food was tasty. I do think my kids (14 15,17,17) are on the older side and were not as entertained as younger kids might be. However, the service by the hotel staff was disappointing. Everything took a long time, especially the food at the various restaurants. There were a few things that impacted our stay that were not within the hotel's control but made the trip less enjoyable. It was too cold during our stay (Apr 1-3) to use the pool deck, and pilings were being installed by a giant crane outside our balcony. They did wait until 9 am to start work, which was courteous of them, but it's still hard to relax when you hear construction noise for hours at a time. I would say it's worth a try for price. Just make sure to bring your patience. They operate on "Island Time"

I struggled with this rating not wanting to be harsh. It really comes down to this, if you are a family and have kids you'll love it and ignore all the issues. If your not that, then the loud uncontrolled kids at all hours and the filthy floors and common areas due to those same un parented kids.... might bother you.Their elevators are weirdly out of control and literally skip constantly and will pass you up all the time. The rooms are clean but the pillows are bad and the bed is not great. They do have almost instant hot water and plenty of it, that was the only bright spot for me.Their food and drinks are so-so and overpriced. I would highly suggest any of the restaurants down the beach. They'll have much better food and pricing for what you get.The pool area is fun but crowded even during the mid week. That leaves the arcade area which is quite large but kids running recklessly everywhere.I am a parent and have kids so I understand "somewhat" but the hotel does little to cleanup or engage bad behavior. So, again if your a family with kids you won't notice much... if not, prob better to choose another hotel.

Game room games were absolutely filthy! Tried two games, and both malfunctioned. The young lady in the redemption center refunded one of the games and called for a tech to service the pool table. I was waiting for quite some time before having to go check the eta on the tech. He finally came and got the balls unstuck, but by this time, we were only able to play one game. All the money loaded to the card we were told would not be refunded. We leave tomorrow and have no use for a game card and planned to play several games only for the tables, not to work properly and be in poor physical condition. The manager started there's nothing that can be done which seems ridiculous since it's their equipment that malfunctioned and we had to wait for a long period of time for service. I am very unhappy with this entire experience. The pictures below are of the filthy, raggedy, torn, and worn pool table felt.

This is the first time I’ve stayed here And I had to ask them to bring coffee and cups to my room every day they did not make my bed up. They did not check to make sure that I had soap, body wash and conditioner in the shower and I think that that is absurd as much money as this place cost per night when you can stay somewhere else for less and get more. I stayed at loft last year in Biloxi. They furnished you breakfast major bed supplied coffee with no problem for a lot less money and I would’ve stayed there again this year. The pictures are how the maids left my towels and they left the light on in the restroom but didn’t take the time to leave any coffee or cups in the room I’m very disappointed in the stay here for the amount of money that it cost because I have paid a lot less for more accommodations

GOOD: Breaking was great at the 5 o’clock restaurant. Water park was fun. Rooms were clean. Enjoyed the Arcade. Pizza place was great.HORRIBLE: A 1/4 of your time is waiting on a drink at the pool and 5 o’clock bar. You’re looking at a 10min average wait time on a drink and that’s with only 2-4 people in line. They had 1 guy that was working the inside bar at about 7pm that was alot faster and more attentive but the women that were working the bars were slow as hell, literally moving in slow motion. Others felt the same way. This needs to be fixed. You will also spend another 1/4 of your time waiting on the elevators which is kind of understandable due to being full but definitely not enough elevators for the place. Lazy river is very nice but staff and parents let kids just run around in it without floats, running backwards and forward like a bull run. If your at pool get drinks from the sweet shack, their faster. Went to breakfast Sunday morning waited a good 10-15 min on a Red Bull so I just got up and went get it myself and instead of the waitress saying sorry she just said “you went get your drink? Oh great”All in all kids had fun but most likely won’t be returning due to time wasted waiting.

First time being there. Not impressed. We wanted the resort feel, and I wouldn’t say this is it. Pool area had quite a bit of black hair floating in it and also on the concrete. 🤢. Pool area didn’t have enough chairs and only had maybe 5 umbrellas! In which people must have lined up before they opened to get. So they need more seating and umbrellas at every chair. There also should be a cap at how many people the pool area can hold. I didn’t like that people were smoking right at the fence of the pool. Not sure if this was allowed or just not enforced. The workers by the pools need umbrellas at every check point. Some of those workers had no shade! I saw many of them burnt from the sun. More staff needed for the bar. Too long of wait times. 1 bartender just running around in a frenzy. Bartender should be staffed all hours of the pool. If it opens at 9, bartender should be present. Your bag to the pool is checked to make sure no outside food or drinks are brought in, but I guess whomever was checking bags midday didn’t care and I saw bags of chips, snacks, and drinks being opened and nothing enforced.I don’t think any of the room or pool elevators have air conditioning. They were so hot, and packed with people.Margaritaville cafe was not good. Smelled, the leather seats at our booth all cracked and scratchy. Waitress didn’t know what was going on when asked questions. No sanitizing station before you walk in, no wet wipes for the BBQ, Mac and cheese for kids was literally Kraft Mac and cheese out of the box with shredded cheese sprinkled on it. I believe right at $8. Took a while to get food and there wasn’t anyone there. I think they must stay short staffed.Doe’s Place was better. As far as food. Took a min before the waiter came to get our order, and place was basically empty. HAVE to make reservations. Food was pretty good here, male waiter was great. Food came out pretty quick.Room: room looked ran down, carpet on the 20th floor looked old and dirty. Hair on our wall, shower and bathroom needed a deep clean. I put my bag in the closet and when I picked it up black hair was stuck to the bottom. Balcony was very run down, a/c filter was completely dirty. My kids loved it, they didn’t complain. But I will say this isn’t the place for me, considering the price per night. A lot of arcade games didn’t work, or glitched. I feel like that entire area needs a deep clean as well. Prizes for arcade definitely needs to be updated and have more variety. The new Pier was perfect, nice new clean. Loved it.It’s for kids, not a resort feel, and ran down.

Check in was a great experience, we were prepared to pay the $25 for early check in and our room was ready. We were excited to get to the pool where there were no seats and crowded. My children had fun playing while I waited a good 15 minutes for drinks, not the bartenders fault it was just 1 person with the bar 3 people deep. We were hungry so ordered nachos, again 1 person taking orders and bar full of people. They lost our ticket for our food we had to ask about the food and we were served cold soggy nachos. We went back up to the room to get ready for dinner to find the bottom bunk bed broken and not enough towels for 4 of us. The next morning we went to the pool 9 am to find drink cups from the day before and globs of hair laying around. The hair looked like it was pulled out of drains and just set aside, very nasty. While in the lazy river you could see hairballs floating along. Checkout was a nightmare due to the elevators taking 15 + minutes.

The Resort itself is nice, and family friendly. The rooms were nice and clean. Several of the staff needs training on how to properly communicate. The worker at the swim up bar was very rude. Wasted my drink giving it to me, I asked for a napkin, she slammed it on the counter and asked me if there was anything else I needed and walked off. One of the members of the party I was with stated to her “that was rude.” The worker used profanity, and made a racist remark. The worker then stated we could report her, they weren’t going to do anything to her. Last night after leaving one of the resort restaurants, asked a worker how to get to a specific place in hotel, her response was “I’m busy, otherwise I would show you.” 09/15, even with the do not disturb sign on the door, we get a knock on the door at 8:30 from Housekeeping asking if we were getting ready to check out. After checking out at 11:00, car had been broken into in the garage. Called front desk and was told that there were no operating cameras in garage area we had to call the police. Hotel Security tells us that there are cameras. Who do you really believe?

Great place for a family vacation. The arcade had a bunch of selections of games and types of games. They have specials to get unlimited game play for an hour. The pool area and lazy river were very nice. I would recommend water shoes for kids as the little kid area was slippery. The rooms were very clean and great window views.

It's 5:00 somewhere but not here at Margaritaville resort in Biloxi. The main reason I chose the resort was excited that now I am 21 could enjoy the swim-up bar. Wrong it was not open apparently not enough guest to worry about opening it. Then figured okay I'll just get drinks at the outside pool wrong again that wasn't open either. Then the water slide pools are so shallow that I scraped my leg and my knee all up. They need to have some safety instructions on this before someone is seriously injured. We thought we'd go enjoy the amusement park that was a joke. They have cedar point prices for it and only have like three thrill rides if you would even call them that. I voiced my concerns and issues. I let them know that I will just be heading home for the night as I just want this horrible day to be over with. Unfortunately they do not care and will be charging me the full amount for my room. Which by the way we paid $159 for the room. Which was not even worth it we figured the amenities would make up for it but we were wrong. I will not be back as they have dismissed all my issues and concerns. We were staying in room 1522

Like the rooms. Like the food. Love the arcade. I do and will continue to stay here 4 or more times per year. But the water park is in need of attention. Rusty looking spots on the stairs going up to slides. More than one water feature not working in the kids playground area. Nets torn. And good luck finding a chair - inconsiderate guests take up 3-4 chairs they barely use. Same goes for the inner tubes. We’ve been coming since 2017 and will continue to visit. Please address the water park. I’d rather see rates go down $30 and make us elect to pay the additional cost at check in. Anything to change what it is now.

Great place for kids . The games and outdoor rides were great. There are plenty of options for food. The only negative was the pizza. The pizza was bland and over cheesed . The sauce needs more spice and less cheese. Besides that, it was a great 2 days at the resort.

The room was clean and well maintained. The view was spectacular!! The front desk employees were helpful and friendly. That was the best part of the stay. To start with there aren'tenough elevators for that big of a hotel. We sometimes had a very long wait to get on one. We went to the pool side bar and waited 15 minutes for a drink and decided to leave without even being acknowledged. The bar was not busy. When we left through Margaritaville restaurant there were the same people waiting to be seated as when went to the bar. The restaurant was not full. We were going to eat there but decided to leave the hotel to eat. The next morning my husband went to the little cafe in the lobby to get coffee and it was not open. Apparently, an employee did not show up. Basically, this place is either not managed well or is understaffed. We did not go to Biloxi to gamble, we just wanted to get away and our plan was to eat at the hotel and enjoy everything we thought the hotel had to offer. We will definitely not be going back.

They have very many provocative games when this is supposed to be a kid friendly place. For example, my 9 yr old son wanted to play a motorcycle simulator game.. the woman who flagged him in and out of the race were wearing bras and underwear basically. & yes real life people. Just a little too much for a kid. There were many others just like this. Maybe it’s just 2024 and showing every inch of our skin isn’t looked at wrongly for most but this place is crazy for what they’re showing children with some of these games. They already have thousands of games, why keep the provocative ones?

We love coming to Margaritaville Biloxi. We always have a blast. It’s a little on the pricey side but totally worth it. The arcade is fun, the pool is awesome, the food is pretty good, and the atmosphere is wonderful. We did have an issue with noise around 10:30PM. We have very disrespectful people on our floor running and screaming down the hallway, slamming doors, banging on walls. Not sure how long that went on, we turned the AC on and our sound machine on and that seemed to drown them out.The only thing I recommend as far as the rooms go are new mattresses. You can tell they are really worn and flat. It felt like I was sleeping on the bed’s foundation with no cushion. Was terrible. The pillows are great thought! The room was very clean but the curtains need replacing as well. They were torn and had stains on them. We were in 2129.

This is my first time coming. It's a very nice place. The pool was amazing, and the rooms were clean and in order. They had a DJ playing good music and good drinks the night at the pool. The arcade room was fun it reminds me of Dave & Busters. The area where the ferris wheel and the other rides were located was nice. You can sit on those big pillow seats and just chill and enjoy the breeze to cool off. Surprisingly, it didn't rain on us, although it was partly cloudy.

Excellent staff. While having some fun with our little at the pool, we made a friend with Mr Mathew who made the trip even better. His entire staff was friendly, professional, and willing to help us and the other fellow customers at any time. Tip of the hat to them for going above and beyond. Thanks again!

This hotel is everything in one. It is expensive! But I guess you pay for the convenience. I was disappointed however, with what seemed to be an inability to handle a "holiday - sized" crowd. At 9, I went to order a takeout pizza. I was told they were no longer taking orders due to being backed up. I then asked what time do you close? The reply was 12 😒 I thought this was ridiculous. Nonetheless, my children enjoyed. I can't say it's a place I would regularly visit.

Didn't get a room. Only went to the Paradise Pier rides. Nice clean place. No lines in February. 2 rides were down. Exceptional rides compared to any county fair. At least 3 go upside down. A little pricey though. Ferris wheel isn't included and is $20 a person.

This hotel was good. The staff did accommodate us to ensure we had connecting rooms which was great. Check in and out was easy. Amenities were good. Waterpark/pool area was great. Unfortunately I didn’t have a working phone in my room the whole trip but outside of that it was a good experience.

I had a stain on my sheets and was told I get 10% off my room which should have been 50% for inconvenience. I call house keeping to change the sheets and no one answered the phone. The next morning I complain about this. I also took pictures. I had my one year who likes to touch everything. I'm glad I seen this before touching the bed.

This was a terrible experience which led to the injury of myself and my son due to negligence of the workers. They allowed us to go down the slide and did not check if we had cleared before they allowed the next guest in a float to come crashing into us.The staff was terrible, nobody expressed any remorse or sympathy for me or my 5 year old son.The staff on the water park area are all young, playful, and rude(in my opinion)place needs to be updated with a better check in process. Took about an hour to check in and elevators are extremely slow. This place will be hearing from me.

The pool/water park gets 5 stars. That’s the only good thing about this resort. The employees were slow and some rude. No one ever answered the front desk phone from the room. The worst part was the elevators- they have it posted that certain times take longer but it’s literally ALL the time. There are always super long lines, they skip floors, or stop on every floor. It took literally 10 min to just get on an elevator every time. Also, every written thing was wrong- one thing said happy hour was a certain time, another said different. And the swim up bar said they don’t observe happy hour but it’s not written anywhere. They also tried to make us pay for our 4 yr olds wrist band even though the website says 5 and under don’t need one. And tried to charge us for early check in when we just went to another desk and got in just fine. Very inconsistent and disappointing.

Overall a great experience the last three years with my kids. Rooms are updated, and ac is relatively quiet in my opinion. The pool area I'd nice but in need of more inter tubes as it's been more of a struggle each time we come to locate a tube. Staff is very friendly and eager to assist if needed.

I will never stay here again. Primarily because of the elevators. They don't have enough and they randomly arrive at floors. They have passive aggressive signs near the elevators neglecting to admit they are subpar and it is YOUR responsibility to plan accordingly to avoid delay. For almost $400 a night I can stay somewhere else with better elevators. They have 3 sets of elevators in this "resort" that I was able to find. One will only bring you from 5-23, the main set that only has 4, and then 1 garage elevator that is completely separate from the building. So you park on an upper deck, you have to go down, get on another elevator to go back up. Lunacy.Everything is overpriced for what you get. Food is low quality. You already pay almost $400 a night, then when you check in they then charge a "resort fee" just to get a few more dollars out of you".The one positive was Service Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful with the things they could address.Other than that this place will never get another dime from me. Fool me once ....

Don't do it! Just come and visit the amenities. Do not, I repeat, do not stay here. You will regret it. Management has ugly attitudes; April and Michael need some major training on hospitality and empathy for patrons. Don't expect to be accommodated for disabled elderly veterans. You will be severely disappointed. Even if you specifically requested to be out on a lower level or close to the elevator. It's not "guaranteed" per April.
